Exchanges or Returns
At HittingStore.com customer satisfaction is important. If customers are dissatisfied with any product purchased they may return it by obtaining a Return Authorization Form, by simply contacting Customer Service within 7 business days from the date the order arrived. HittingStore.com will evaluate each return and will issue a credit after the product is evaluated based on the following policies:

HittingStore Error - If customers are returning the product due to a defect, or if their order was incorrect due to our error, we will refund the entire price for the purchase, including all shipping/handling costs and sales tax if applicable. Customers must notify HittingStore within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims regarding shortages or defective merchandise.
Customer Error - Wrong sizes and colors will be refunded or credited for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to return the product to HittingStore. Customers must notify HittingStore within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims where customer has made an error. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
If you received FREE Shipping on your original order, your credit will have shipping fees deducted upon return of the merchandise. FREE Shipping assumes you will keep the product!
HittingStore will not accept returns for merchandise that have been worn or damaged by the customer. The returned product must be in the original package and unopened!
As a result of today's duplication policy all CD and Video sales are final.
No credit will be issued for returns that do not include the original packing slip and Return Authorization Form. The Return Authorization Form will be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to the customer for inclusion in the returned package.
